Black & Neon

August 27, 2012
A number of days back, I along with Laur and Cams dropped by the Rockwell Urban Bazaar. I knew that because we’d be at a bazaar as well as a mall that I better prepare my feet for some walking, hence the bright neon flats. After the bazaar we hung out for a bit in the area then we decided for a chill night out which lead to me attending my friend’s birthday party — Cheers to day to night dressing!

I also kept my make up at a minimum — Something quite different for me.. Maybe it was cause I ran out of my Favorite MAC NC40 the day before and needed to buy a new compact. With that said, do forgive my barely made up face look for this post!

| Jacket: Binkydoodles | Tank Top: Forever 21 | Shorts: H&M | Flats: Aldo | Bag: Alexander Wang | Belt: Fru Fru | Ring: + – x ÷ | Hari Elastic: Goody | Watch: Luminox |

I know you’ve seen me carry my (not so obvious) favorite Alexander Wang Rocco a billion and two times out already but who can blame me? This bag is definitely something you will see on my blog a whole lot more. Who can blame me? I am madly in love with this bag! It’s got so much room for all my stuff, haha!

A lot of my friends noticed my flats — Maybe it was the colour? I don’t know, you tell me!

How are Aldo’s shoe quality? I’m actually thinking of buying Ostlie for $60. I’ve been buying extremely cheap black flats because I expect to replace them every few months + I wear the shit out of them (my last one was from Landmark when I visited the Philippines and it lasted 2 months… I was expecting it to last for AT LEAST a little more than that). So I don’t know if I should get super cheap ones again ($100). I’m hearing mixed reviews about Aldo + I’m not sure if I would be down to spend $60 on something that will break within a few months.

ps. I actually like your blog. I’ve stumbled upon posts of other filipino bloggers and they’re either too ‘sold out’ or they look too wonky. Thanks for actually looking like a real girl with decent style.

    x.

I for one like the quality of Aldo shoes, as well as the style and designs! 🙂 I have a ton of Aldo shoes, from heels to flats and I love them all! They have good quality, well, for my standards at least 🙂

Awww, thank you so much! Well, of course we should all respect each others styles and I believe that we all shine and express ourselves our own way 🙂

You are the queen of simple and yet chic dressing, Patricia! I love how you can put such ensembles together. But can you also post dressier ones? I am so sure you’d look even more awesome 🙂
